Curried Vegetable Dip

This is a nice variation from the normal ranch dip served with veggies. It has a bit of spice and a mild curry flavor that goes well with a variety of vegetables.

Curried Vegetable Dip

CURRIED VEGETABLE DIP

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tsp horseradish

Grind fennel seed to a powder using mortar and pestle or spice grinder.

Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours hours, preferably overnight.
