Shrimp Dipping Sauces

These three dipping sauces all pair well with shrimp. Each one was a favorite for a different person when we served them at a dinner party, but everyone liked them all.

These can be made several days in advance and stored in the fridge until you’re ready to use them. Serve with shrimp – warm or cold – that have been lightly seasoned.

Shrimp Dipping Sauces

3/4 cup mayo
1/4 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 garlic clove, well minced

Stir together.

1 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp horseradish

Stir together.

1 cup OJ
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Whisk together in a small saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
